About Us :

One of our audit team members is a Professional having 32 years of Industrial Field Experience in India and abroad and he is sharing his experiences through the website www.energymeasuretosave.com with the main objective as Sharing our Knowledge to SAVE OUR ENERGY.

As the Energy Audit team , we are now offering our services to the industry as BEE certified Energy Auditor ( BEE is Bureau of Energy Efficiency, comes under Ministry of Power, Government of India) and have done detailed energy audits to many textile and engineering industries in the region.

Also we are offering Energy Advisory Services to many industries in this region by doing preliminary auditing and random survey of the industry.

Thanks to PCRA (www.pcra.org, PCRA is Petroleum Conservation Research Association, pioneer in Energy Audit and this comes under Ministry of Oil & Gas, Govt. of India) our team member as Industrial Faculty, has been conducting for many years Energy Awareness Training Programs in more than 300 industries in this region

Our team member has conducted Lectures in Industrial Seminars conducted by PCRA, Textile Committee, Institute of Indian Foundry men, SISI, SIPCOT, and Textile Associations etc & to the Final Year Engineering College Students etc.

Our team member has published many Technical Articles, Presentations etc. on Energy conservation in Electrical, Compressor, Humidification plant etc utility in Industries, in the Govt. site www.energymanagertraining.com and the same is available and downloadable from the website www.energymeasuretosave.com

We are doing Energy Audits in many industries in Textile mills, engineering, dairy segments in this region. We concentrate on Condition based Monitoring and Safe operating practices of equipments and we focus more on No cost & Low cost measures as priority, keeping in mind, ‘Less time payback in months' during our energy audit studies and reporting.

The primary objective of Energy Audit is to determine ways to r educe energy consumption per unit of product output or to lower operating costs. Energy Audit provides a "bench-mark" (Reference point) for managing energy in the organization and also provides the basis for planning a more effective use of energy throughout the organization.

Energy Audit will help to understand more about the ways energy and fuel are used in any industry, and help in identifying the areas where waste can occur and where scope for improvement exists. The Energy Audit would give a positive orientation to the energy cost reduction, preventive maintena nce and quality control program s which are vital for production and utility activities.

During the audit study, our team will study the power parameters with Imported High quality Power Analyzer, Thermal Gun etc portable tools to measure instantaneous values of power parameters like KW, KVA, PF, KVAR, volts, amps, Hertz, etc in your unit. This audit will cover the energy study of all the production machines, and utilities like the AC plant, Compressor, DG set etc.

The duration of our study will be around few days in the unit depending on the size of unit, and in the next two weeks we will submit our Energy audit study report and sit with you for the post audit discussion and presentation; along with a training session to your staff to enable your team to go ahead with the implementation of energy saving measures.
